Nature Study
Camp Hopewell is nestled on about 300 acres in the middle of the Holly Springs National Forest. Nature is all around us in the form of gorgeous trees in numerous varieties; critters in many forms, such as deer, heron, geese, foxes, raccoons, beavers, turtles, frogs, snakes, squirrels and much more; wildflowers, like phlox, blackeyed susans, and orchids, and so much more. Studying nature through nature hikes and many outdoor activities is a vital part of who we are as individuals living in God's creation.
